HINTONN believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, we aim to provide fair and transparent terms for all cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation Terms
Immediate Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if request is made immediately after placing an order. This ensures we can process the cancellation before any work has been initiated.
Vendor Processing
However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if orders have been communicated to vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. Once our partners begin processing an order, we are unable to cancel it through our system.
Perishable Items
HINTONN does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, edibles, etc. These items are processed immediately upon order confirmation and cannot be cancelled once preparation begins.
Refund Policy
Quality Issues
Refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good. We stand behind the quality of our AI solutions and services.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of products.
Product Discrepancies
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
Manufacturer Warranty
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. The manufacturer's warranty terms will apply to these specific cases.
Refund Processing Time
In case of any refunds approved by HINTONN, it will take 16-30 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer. Processing times may vary based on payment method and banking procedures.
