We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may schedule maintenance periods and will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for services rendered up to the termination date, and we will provide necessary data export assistance.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ahmedabad.
