These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hintonn's website, services, and products (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "Company Brain" refers to Hintonn's proprietary structured intelligence layer that captures, organises, and connects business knowledge.
- "AI Mini" refers to Hintonn's physical AI device that runs the Company Brain locally.
- "Services" include our website, AI services, software, APIs, consulting, and hardware products.
- "User" or "you" means any individual or entity accessing or using our Services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, making a purchase, pre-booking a product, submitting a form, or continuing to use our website, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
3. Services and Pre-Bookings
3.1 Pre-Bookings
- Pre-booking payments (e.g., ₹1,000 for AI Mini) are fully adjustable against the final product price.
- Pre-bookings are refundable within 14 days of payment. After 14 days, the pre-booking amount is non-refundable but remains fully adjustable against the final purchase.
- Delivery timelines for pre-ordered products are estimates and subject to manufacturing and supply chain factors.
3.2 Custom Services
- Custom AI service projects are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.
- Prototype development (<48 hours) is provided at our discretion and does not constitute a commitment to full development.
- Cancellation and refund terms for custom projects are specified in the applicable SOW.
4. Intellectual Property
- Our IP: Hintonn retains all rights to its software, algorithms, designs, and proprietary technology — including the Company Brain, AI Mini hardware design, and related systems.
- Your Data: You retain full ownership of all business data, documents, and knowledge you provide to your Company Brain. We do not claim ownership over your content.
- Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
5. User Obligations
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our products
- Interfere with the security or operation of our systems
- Upload malicious code or content to your Company Brain instance
- Share access credentials or enable unauthorised access to your Company Brain
- Use AI Mini or related hardware in ways not specified in the documentation
6. Payment Terms
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store payment card details.
- Invoices for custom services are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hintonn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
AI Mini hardware is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. AI Mini performance may vary based on network conditions, usage patterns, and environmental factors.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and payment obligations survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website.
