1. What AI Mini does
AI Mini builds an external memory from the work sources you choose to connect, such as meetings, conversations, emails, documents and business systems. It links information to people, projects, commitments and decisions, then brings developments that need attention to you with relevant history, evidence and possible next steps.
2. Human decisions come first
AI Mini does not make decisions for you, and it does not act on your behalf unless you specifically tell it to. You must review its output before relying on it, and you remain responsible for your decisions and their results.
3. Limits of AI
AI can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or biased. It can miss a signal or flag something that does not matter. Its output is not legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice. For important decisions, check the source material and consult a qualified professional. We do not guarantee that AI Mini will identify every relevant fact or produce any particular outcome.
4. Your data and your control
- You choose: AI Mini processes only the sources you authorise, and you can disconnect them.
- You own your content: you keep your rights in what you connect. You give us permission to process it only to provide AI Mini.
- No sale: we do not sell your content or personal data.
- No training without permission: we do not use your content to train general AI models unless you clearly opt in. Third-party providers we disclose under section 7 handle data under their stated terms.
- Deletion: you can ask us to delete your stored content, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Information about other people
Your connected sources may include information about colleagues, customers and others. You are responsible for having the authority and any consent or notice the law requires, including before recording or transcribing a conversation.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use AI Mini to break the law, harass or monitor people unlawfully, infringe the rights of others, make decisions with serious legal or personal effects about someone without human review, or use it for emergency or safety-critical purposes.
7. Where data is processed
Local AI processing is part of AI Mini's planned design, but the final architecture is still being validated. Before you connect any data, we will tell you what is processed on the device, what is sent to servers, and which third-party AI or cloud providers are involved.
8. Security
AI Mini's security is still in development. These are the safeguards we are designing and testing for release:

We will update this page when these measures are complete. They are design goals, not guarantees, and no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for your own account credentials, device security and data backups.
9. Security incidents
If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law. The notice will explain what happened, the likely effect, what we are doing, and what you can do.
10. Report a concern
To report a security issue or an AI output that concerns you, email connect@hintonn.com with the subject line "Security" or "AI concern". You can also contact our Grievance Officer through our Contact Us page.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this page as AI Mini develops and show the new date above. We will tell you before a material change affects how your data is processed. This page explains our approach and forms part of our Terms and Conditions, including the limits of liability set out there.
