2. Who can use this website
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to pre-book or buy from us. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. We currently accept pre-bookings for delivery within India only.
3. About AI Mini
AI Mini is a personal decision intelligence product for founders, business owners and executives. Hardware is still in development, and it is not yet production-ready or certified.
Product descriptions, images and example scenarios on this website are for illustration. Planned features, specifications and technology may change as development continues. We will tell you about any material change before dispatch. Website content, roadmaps and forward-looking statements are not guarantees of future features, performance, results or availability. We will dispatch a device only after it has the certifications legally required for sale in India.
4. Pre-booking
- A pre-booking is a request to reserve an AI Mini. It becomes binding on us only when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp. We may decline a pre-booking and will refund any amount paid if we do, for example because of suspected fraud, resale or a pricing or listing error.
- The booking amount is ₹5,000, including GST, and is non-refundable except as stated in point 6. It is adjusted against the final price. AI Mini Executive, the base version, starts at ₹75,000, including GST. Other versions or options may cost more. Any other charges, and any balance known at that time, are shown at checkout before you pay. You must actively confirm them.
- Paying the booking amount does not transfer ownership of a device to you. It is not a deposit with interest, an investment or a share in Hintonn, and you may not transfer or resell your booking without our written consent.
- We do not promise a delivery date at the time of pre-booking. If we have not dispatched your AI Mini within 12 months of your booking date, you can cancel by writing to us and receive a full refund of the booking amount and any other amounts you paid, unless we have dispatched it before we receive your cancellation. We will send you an expected dispatch window once it is known, along with updates if it changes.
- Before dispatch, we will confirm the final price, specifications and delivery details. You can then pay any balance to proceed, or choose not to proceed and forfeit the booking amount, except as stated in point 6.
- We will refund all amounts you have paid if we cancel or cannot supply AI Mini, if we have not dispatched within 12 months of your booking date and you cancel, or if the final price or specifications differ materially from what we told you at booking and you choose not to proceed. A material difference means a price above the price stated in your booking confirmation, or the removal of a core function described in it. To the extent the law allows, this refund, without interest, is your only remedy for delay, non-supply or these changes. After delivery, you can request a full refund within 7 days under our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card details or banking passwords, and we are not responsible for failures or delays caused by your bank or payment provider. Payment options shown at checkout may change, and your bank or payment provider may apply its own terms. We issue a GST invoice or other tax document as required by law.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide, using a courier partner. Delivery charges and timelines are shown or confirmed before dispatch. You are responsible for giving a correct address and being available to receive delivery. Risk in the device passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes once it is delivered and fully paid for.
Please inspect the package on arrival. If it is damaged or items are missing, contact us as set out in the Return and Refund Policy.
7. Warranty
AI Mini comes with a 2-year limited warranty from the date on your purchase invoice. It covers manufacturing defects under normal use, and we will repair or replace the device at our choice. If neither is reasonably possible, we will refund the price you paid.
The warranty is for the original purchaser and requires your invoice as proof of purchase. It does not cover misuse, accidental or liquid damage, unauthorised repair or modification, normal wear, third-party software or services, or data loss. Replacements may use new or reconditioned parts of equivalent performance, and they are covered for the rest of the original warranty period. Please back up your data before service, as it may be erased. To the extent the law allows, this warranty replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied. This warranty does not limit your rights under Indian consumer law.
8. Software and AI features
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software supplied with AI Mini for its intended purpose. Hintonn and its licensors keep all rights in the software, the device design, the website and the Hintonn name and logo.
You must not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or bypass the security of the software, except where the law allows it. AI outputs may be incomplete or wrong, and you remain responsible for your decisions. Do not rely on AI Mini for emergencies, safety-critical uses or as your only record of important information. We are not responsible for third-party services you connect, or for their outages or changes. To the extent the law allows, the website and software are provided as available, without any promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. 9. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and connect only accounts and data that you are authorised to use. This includes having the permissions required to process information about other people. You must not use the website or AI Mini unlawfully, or to harm, harass or deceive anyone.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for loss arising from business or other decisions made using AI Mini, even if we were told such loss was possible. Our total liability for all claims relating to a product is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that product.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or under your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, cyberattacks, component or supply shortages, supplier or logistics failure, strikes, or government or regulatory action. If such an event prevents delivery, you may cancel for a full refund of the amounts you have paid.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will show the new date on this page. Changes do not affect a confirmed pre-booking or order unless the law requires it or you agree.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact our Grievance Officer first so that we can try to resolve the matter. Nothing here limits a consumer's right to approach a Consumer Commission. A dispute with a customer who buys for a commercial purpose that is not resolved within 30 days will be settled by a sole arbitrator, agreed by both sides or otherwise appointed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat in Ahmedabad and the proceedings in English. Subject to this, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Website use
Website content is general information, and we may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we link to. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, or copy or scrape its content without our written permission.
15. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you will compensate us for losses and reasonable legal costs from third-party claims caused by your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of AI Mini, or data you connected without authority. This does not apply where the loss was caused by our own breach or negligence.
16. General
These Terms, your booking confirmation and your invoice are our whole agreement about your purchase, and they replace earlier statements about it, except for fraudulent statements. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. We may transfer our rights and duties to a group company or successor, provided your rights are not reduced. Clauses meant to continue after your purchase, including those on warranty, liability, indemnity and disputes, will continue.
